Set the shadow offset to 0, 0 and turn up the blur, and the shadow becomes a soft glow all around the logo.
The outline follows the edge of everything in the image that isn’t transparent, so the kind of image you load makes a big difference.

This tool doesn’t remove backgrounds automatically. Make the background transparent first, then load the image.
