When contacting us, please include the following information if possible.
We review messages and reply in order as time allows.
We read all feedback and feature suggestions, but we may not be able to respond individually in every case.
A. PurrSnapper requires macOS Screen Recording permission to capture your screen.
Open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording, then make sure PurrSnapper is enabled.
After changing the setting, restart the app if needed.
A. Quit PurrSnapper completely and launch it again.
If the issue continues, restart macOS and try again.
A. Try starting a screen capture once in PurrSnapper. macOS may then show the permission prompt.
If nothing appears, restart the app and try again.
