Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

PocketPet does not ask you to enter personal information such as your name, address, or phone number to use its core features.

2. Microphone Access

PocketPet's tuner uses the iPhone microphone to detect the pitch of the sound you play.

Microphone access is requested through iOS when you use the tuner. You can change this permission at any time in your iPhone settings.

3. Data Stored on Your iPhone

PocketPet stores the following information on your iPhone to provide its features:

• App settings
• Display language
• Note-name display preference
• Exercise completion status
• Sheet music you create and save
• Purchase status required to provide PocketPet features
• Other information required for the app to operate

4. Sheet Music Files

PocketPet imports .pocketpet files only when you choose to open them. With Premium, you can export saved sheet music as .pocketpet files.

Importing and exporting take place only when you select those actions.

5. In-App Purchases

PocketPet uses Apple's StoreKit for Premium purchases and purchase restoration. Apple processes the payment. Benri Lab does not directly handle your Apple Account or credit card information.

6. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The current use of third-party services for advertising, analytics, or crash reports is disclosed in the App Privacy section of the App Store and on this page. If we add or change a feature that communicates with an outside service, we will update this page with the information collected, its purpose, and the recipient.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

PocketPet does not send sheet music you create to the app operator.

The operator may receive information that Apple makes available, such as crash reports, within the scope of your consent.

8. Deleting Your Data

Deleting the app removes its stored settings, practice status, and other app data from your device.

9. Future Features

If PocketPet adds cloud syncing, analytics, crash reporting, or another feature that communicates with an outside service, we will update this policy as needed.
